 You are beautiful; with your scars and everything you have ever tried to change. With the hidden stories of pain and words that no one ever seems to understand. You, the person hiding in the corner and afraid to step out, you are beautiful. You say words cut deeper than you would ever care to admit, and I know the way they pierce and wound in ways you never fully recover from. But I promise, that when God looks at you He doesn't see all the flaws and failures; He sees Jesus in you. The way you run your finger along the banister and stare out at the sky is your way of saying you are sad, but I saw you with tears in your face and not in your eyes, and I just want you to know that you aren't alone. That no one is alone. That your dreams are important and that they matter, you matter. You are here for a purpose and you are not a coincidence. And I can see it in your eyes; you are a fighter and you want to find a rescue and you've got one, so go ahead and take it. But honestly? I guess this is just to say that you are beautiful and that you are loved.
