Dear Friends,
I'm truly sorry that it's been so long.... I've been busy. Lame excuse I know. :)
Well, there isn't much to tell. My Dad and I have been practicing tennis, and working out quite a bit, so that's been stretching, but definitely fun; obviously because I love sports. :)
Yet, when I'm playing (since I'm still such a beginner) and there are other people playing on the courts, and they are super good; it makes me feel like such a dork. Seriously. I know I shouldn't care what they think, but... I'm still learning that. Then Dad will tell me at home that no one will ever look down upon someone that tries. And I'm trying. Really hard.
And yet- with all the busyness it's so easy to forget the One that is making this life so beautiful. The One that's filling our hearts with joy, and the One that says He'll never leave us even when everyone is laughing, and mocking us.
I don't want to ever forget Him. Even for a moment.

And to end this post with my favorite part from one of my favorite songs, here is Life is Beautiful by the Afters.

A father's love
A wedding dance
New Year's dreams
A toast with friends
A soldier coming home from war
The faith the hope of so much more
A brand new life, a mother's prayer
Shooting stars, ocean air
A lover's kiss, and hard goodbyes
Fireworks, Christmas lights
These are things that make us feel alive
These are the times that make us realize
Life is beautiful
Life is beautiful

Stay strong in Christ--
